HEY, I’M BRIAH!

To truly know me, you should understand that I hate talking about myself. Yet, here I am in my mid-30s, choosing to share parts of my life with anyone who wants to join me on this journey.

I’ve titled this section of my blog “The Real Me” because the real me is an introverted and reserved person. My posts and social media are the best ways to get to know me, but I’ll share a bit here.

I’m a child of God.

I’m a daughter and granddaughter.

I’m the eldest of three and the only girl.

I’m Ti Ti Bri Bri to two nieces and three nephews, and Aunt Briah to 6 other kids from friends.

I can count my real friends on 1 hand.

I’m blessed with the gifts of service, discernment, and wisdom.

I’m unapologetically black.

I’m a truth teller and seeker.

I’m politically progressive.

I’m me.
